To cancel a deposition:

1. Log in to your Skribe account and navigate to the case where the deposition you need to cancel is included

2. Delete the deposition from the Matter

3. Navigate to your Calendar and delete the scheduled event (screenshot may differ depending on which calendar you used)

4. Please reach out to support@skribe.ai and kindly inform us that the deposition has been cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:

• We understand that your days are often packed and deposition schedules can be unpredictable. If you ever find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule a deposition with us, kindly inform us at least one day prior to the event—there will be no charge for this service.
• Effective from November 27, 2023, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to modify a deposition, ensuring that you avoid a nominal charge of $99, which directly contributes to supporting our diligent Liaison team.
